QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
For academic appointments, candidates must possess a relevant qualification for the subject, or taught related subjects in local secondary schools and/or junior colleges. Other relevant teaching experience overseas may also be considered.
Non Academic
Career Guidance Officer
You are a resourceful individual who will play a critical strategic role in counseling and supporting students in the higher institutions selection and application process. Primary job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Working closely with the students individually or in groups in their college applications
- Advising parents on career and education options for their children
- Writing recommendations/testimonials for students;
- Building good relationships or networks with various colleges or universities;
- Advising the students on the background of the colleges or universities and course selection;
- Ability to counsel students in other areas will be an added advantage;
- Any other projects or activities as assigned by the Senior Administration
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
(a) The incumbent must have a recognised degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience in college counseling.
(b) Excellent verbal communications and listening skills to interact with various stake holders;
(c) Excellent written skills with strong time management and organisational ability;
(d) Candidate needs to be able to work individually or in teams and connect with diverse group of students and parents.
Human Resource Assistant
Reporting to the HR Manager, your responsibilities include
- Performing general HR duties
- Maintaining and managing the leave system
- Maintaining and managing the Staff Profile
- Checking and processing of benefits claims
- Applying and monitoring training funds by the government
- Making arrangements for in-house and external training activities as well as the provision of in-house training courses
- Any other duties as assigned by the HR Manager
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Relevant professional qualifications e.g. Diploma in HRM / PSC
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
- Good command in English and interpersonal skills with high team spirit
- Experience in Payroll will be an added advantage
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
Healthcare Assistant
Reporting to the Boarding School’s Domestic Manager, your responsibilities include:
- Attending to students who are not well
- Conducting regular checks on the boarders’ rooms/toilets/common areas
- Caring for School boarders and being mindful of their individual’s needs, especially boarders with homesick problems
- Maintaining and keeping of all related records
- Any other duties as assigned by the Domestic Manager
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Relevant professional qualifications with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience
- Good command in English and interpersonal skills
- Good team player
